Feel Good Feasting Terms and Conditions


1. Booking and Payment

  • 1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit.
  • 1.2. A deposit of 30% of the total fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • 1.3. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the event start date.
  • 1.4. If a booking is made within 60 days of the event start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • 1.5. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other specified methods.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • 2.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@labelle.eco.
  • 2.2. The deposit is non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.
  • 2.3. For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
  • 2.4. For cancellations made within 60 days of the event, no refunds will be provided unless the spot can be resold, in which case the balance (excluding the deposit) will be refunded minus a 20% administration fee.
  • 2.5. In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels the event, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.


3. Changes to the Event

  • 3.1. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, or facilitators if necessary. Participants will be informed of significant changes as soon as possible.
  • 3.2. In the case of changes, refunds will not be issued unless the change significantly alters the nature of the event.


4. Travel and Accommodation

  • 4.1. Travel to and from the event venue is the sole responsibility of the participant.
  • 4.2. Accommodation is included as specified in the event package. Participants are responsible for any additional expenses incurred during their stay.
  • 4.3. Please inform the organizer of any dietary or accessibility requirements at least 14 days prior to the event.


5. Health and Safety

  • 5.1. Participants must disclose any relevant medical or dietary requirements prior to the event.
  • 5.2. The organizer is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss that occurs during the event. Participants are encouraged to have their own travel and health insurance.
  • 5.3. Participants agree to adhere to any health and safety guidelines provided by the organizer or venue.


6. Code of Conduct

  • 6.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others and the property. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
  • 6.2. Guests bringing pets must ensure their animals are well-behaved, remain under control, and comply with any pet-specific guidelines provided by the organizer.


7. Liability

  • 7.1. The organizer is not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.
  • 7.2. While every effort is made to ensure the safety of participants, the organizer is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur during the event.


8. Force Majeure

  • 8.1. The organizer is not liable for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


9. Photography and Media

  • 9.1. By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the event.
  • 9.2. Participants retain the right to request the removal of any media containing their likeness from the organizer’s platforms.


10. Governing Law

  • 10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
